Lending a supportive ear for over 20 years!

Stephen Ministry is national program in existence for over 20 years.

It offers one-to-one caregiving by a "layperson" - not a minister or therapist or counselor.

Here at Arlington Congregational our Stephen Ministers offer a listening ear, a caring heart, and Christian resources such as prayer, reflection on Scripture, and compassionate understanding.

This ministry is available to anyone, not just church-members, who are going through a difficult time where having someone offer a supportive presence would be helpful whether it is the death of a loved one, job crisis, family difficulty, health issue or any time when a Christian friend would be a blessing.
